Cryptographic by default
Every plan includes SHA-256 hash chaining. Tamper detection is not a premium upsell — it's the foundation.
No meter shock
Free plan pauses at the limit rather than auto-charging. Basic plan overages are capped at a predictable per-thousand rate.
Enterprise without the friction
Custom SLAs, data residency, and SAML SSO — scoped to exactly what your compliance team needs.
Frequently asked
What counts as an event?
Every call to the SDK's log() function counts as one event — regardless of payload size. Batch submissions count individually.
What happens when I hit the monthly limit?
On the Free plan, ingestion pauses until the next calendar month. On Basic, events continue at the overage rate ($0.10 per 1,000 extra events).
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No lock-in.
Is the verification API public?
Yes — the verification endpoint is publicly callable with an event ID. Your auditors can verify chain integrity without access to your infrastructure.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual contracts with a discount are available on the Enterprise plan. Reach out to discuss.
